Easy Ways to Clean Your Costume Jewelry!

Here are some ways to save money on jewelry cleaner products.  You could actually clean your gold costume jewelry with baking soda to remove the built-up-tarnish.  Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda to 1/4 cup of room temperature water.  Combine together into a bowl with the jewelry, soak for three minutes.  Gently rinse and rub with a cotton cloth or paper towel.  I tried this a few times and it really works.  Do not use this technique with jewelry containing turquoise, pearls or gem stones, it could damage your stones.
